Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ku9a website accessible at ku9a.io, including all associated pages, mobile-optimised views, sub-domains, APIs, and any software operated by or on behalf of ku9a.
• "Account" means a registered user account created and maintained on the ku9a platform by an eligible individual in accordance with these Terms.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the ku9a platform in any capacity.
• "ku9a" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the ku9a platform.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any other gambling or entertainment products made available through the ku9a platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake of real-money funds placed on a sports event outcome or casino game result through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match-deposit bonus amounts credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the ku9a platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that ku9a may require any account holder to complete at any time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform timestamps and support operating hours.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and ku9a in respect of your use of the platform and the Services. By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, by placing a wager, or by accessing any part of the ku9a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the ku9a platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and the word "you" shall refer to both you and that person jointly and severally. ku9a does not accept registrations from persons acting on behalf of third parties for the purposes of circumventing eligibility requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are available in English only. The English-language version is the legally binding version. Any translations provided for convenience are non-binding and do not form part of the legal agreement.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the ku9a platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ku9a enforces a minimum age of 21 in recognition of responsible gambling standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as a professional gambler, agent, or representative of any commercial entity for commercial betting purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether entered into directly with ku9a or through any recognised responsible gambling scheme.
• You have not previously had an account with ku9a closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location prior to registration.

ku9a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or restrict account functionality pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. All documents must be current and legible.

Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending wagers voided, and all funds subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable responsible gambling obligations.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active ku9a account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify ku9a promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected]. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. ku9a will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must change your password immediately and notify ku9a at [email protected] without delay.

ku9a reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where it has reason to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity, or where the account holder fails to complete required verification procedures within a reasonable time.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on the ku9a platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ku9a does not accept deposits in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

ku9a currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. ku9a does not impose internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider may apply their own fees independently of ku9a.

Deposits are ordinarily credited to your ku9a account within seconds of mobile wallet authorisation confirmation. In the event of a technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. Standard withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are processed within 30 minutes for amounts up to ৳1,00,000. Larger withdrawal amounts or requests flagged for security review may take additional processing time.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single transaction amount: subject to applicable payment method limits and account verification status
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account held in the same name as the ku9a account

ku9a reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting on ku9a is subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or event-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules shall prevail over general rules for the relevant event.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the platform at the time the wager is confirmed. ku9a reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event has already commenced at the time of bet placement for pre-match markets; (c) ku9a has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or match manipulation.

In-play (live) betting odds reflect real-time match conditions and are updated continuously. ku9a does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any particular event. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension of in-play odds are subject to review and may be voided at ku9a's discretion.

• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In the absence of specific rules, bets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned.
• Results are settled based on official competition results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). ku9a is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your ku9a account balance immediately upon official result confirmation.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are displayed on the relevant betting page.

ku9a covers a wide range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test series), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Market availability is subject to ongoing change and ku9a makes no warranty as to the continuous availability of any specific market.

Casino & Slot Games

ku9a provides access to live casino games and slot titles supplied by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are broadcast from professional studios in real time. ku9a does not control the RNG or studio operations of third-party providers and is not liable for software errors originating within provider systems.

Each game has its own rules, minimum and maximum stake limits, and theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the correct settlement of a wager, ku9a will void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond stake return is payable in respect of game malfunctions.

ku9a offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ku9a promotions unless otherwise stated:

• A player may not claim the same promotion more than once unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage or be entirely excluded.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, and only the remaining real-money balance will be released.
• ku9a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• ku9a reserves the right to exclude any account from promotional eligibility where abuse or irregular play patterns are detected.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing wagers to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging"), or employing any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku9a platform. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with any part of the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity through the platform.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider as a means of obtaining refunds to which you are not entitled under these Terms.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening ku9a staff or other users through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

ku9a is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all account holders from within the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your ku9a account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals reminding you of the duration of your current play session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your ability to place bets or access casino games for a defined period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ku9a platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the ku9a platform without the express prior written consent of ku9a or the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9a and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond ku9a's direct control.

ku9a's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ku9a account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku9a makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to some or all platform services.

Amendments to These Terms

ku9a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the ku9a platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of any changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ku9a platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ku9a operates as an entertainment platform and directs its services to the Bangladesh market. All monetary amounts are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

In the event of any dispute between you and ku9a, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. ku9a will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other form of legal remedy.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
